- Create Employee Handouts/Communication
- Provide Continuous Service
- Meet Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually, etc. to Review All Aspects of Plan
- Relay Carrier Education & Technology Updates
- Manage Other Vendor Relationships
- Submit Enrollment, Eligibility, & Plan Changes on Your Behalf
- Resolve All Insurance-Related Issues (claims, eligibility, billing, etc.)
